We're committed to the communities we serve

We believe in the power of giving back and creating a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. One of the ways we achieve this is through our Employee Advisory Board (EAB).
When a new employee joins our team, they automatically become a member of the EAB—an organization dedicated to community outreach and volunteer work with nonprofit and civic organizations. Through the EAB, they have the chance to actively participate in various community service initiatives, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
Our internal nonprofit called "It's a Brighter Christmas" adopts 10 to 15 less fortunate families, providing them with gifts, appliances, furniture, blankets, clothes, and other essential items. They also sponsor classrooms in different schools, offering jackets, shoes, and toys to less fortunate children. Throughout the year, employees donate money, and our organization matches those contributions.
Being a part of the EAB enables our employees to give back to the community beyond monetary contributions, improving lives and creating positive experiences for the communities we serve. This independent organization was purposefully built to nurture good corporate citizenship within our organization. Through their participation, our employees develop valuable leadership fundamentals that contribute to their career path.
